Shipping Policy

At CountryGirl Contraband LLC, all items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Please allow processing time before shipment.

Processing Time

Standard processing time is 5–7 business days, not including shipping time.

Processing times may increase during sales, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via UPS unless otherwise requested by the customer prior to purchase.

Alternate shipping carriers or expedited shipping must be requested and approved before checkout. Additional fees may apply.

Once an order has been submitted, shipping methods cannot be changed.

Shipping Responsibility

Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, CountryGirl Contraband LLC is not responsible for:

Lost packages

Stolen packages

Delayed deliveries

Misdelivered packages

All shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered successfully fulfilled. We are unable to replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

Local Pickup Option

Local pickup is available for approved orders only.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup.

Pickup location, date, and time will be provided after the order is complete.

Orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification unless prior arrangements are made.

Orders not picked up within this timeframe may be subject to restocking or storage fees and are not eligible for refund.

International Shipping

At this time, CountryGirl Contraband LLC ships only to approved locations. Any customs fees, duties, or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
