At CountryGirl Contraband LLC, all items are made to order and/or custom produced. Because of this, all sales are final.

No Refunds or Returns

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason including but not limited to:

Incorrect size selection

Color variation from screen to screen

Change of mind after purchase

Delays caused by shipping carriers

Please review all product descriptions, sizing charts, and order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Errors on Our Part

Refunds or replacements will ONLY be issued if an error was made by CountryGirl Contraband LLC, such as:

Incorrect item sent

Incorrect size or design printed

Defective or damaged item due to production error

If this occurs, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number

Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will either:

Replace the item at no cost to you or

Issue a refund at our discretion

Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom, personalized, and made-to-order items are non-refundable, except in the case of an error made by CountryGirl Contraband LLC.

Shipping Issues

Once a package is in the possession of the shipping carrier, CountryGirl Contraband LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages. Shipping issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.
